My speakers have static when i turn them up and

This is a symptom of a bad connection or dust in the volume control. Purchase a can of Electrical Cleaner. remove the volume control knob and spray the control. Remove the connections at the computer and spray both the male and female connections with the computer turned off. This should solve your problem. If it does not remove the connections and clean the ends with a pencil eraser and then spray this off with the electrical cleaner. Be sure and only use electrical cleaner and do not use a product such as WD40. After cleaning connections at the computer wait about 15 minutes before turning the PC back on. The cleaner will evaporate by then. If this does not help try another set of speakers.

My dell laptop keys 1QAZ KEYS ARE NOT WORKING

if a row is not working, in this case at an angle, it usually means either the keyboard is going bad, or the cable is not in right. Often unplugging and replugging the keyboard into the MB will fix a missing row.

I have five workstations at my bussiness and i

You can create 1 domain server in 1 computer .
Then all connect all workstation to that server then you can share files with use level security .Also you can apply group policy on particular user with server.
You can administrate all workstation from server.
For that you need to buy windows 2008 enterprise edition with 25 user license so you can use server with 25 workstation limit.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Dell Vostro 7590 15.6" HD Laptop/i7-9750u/16GB Ram/512GB. It does not power up?

lost the old screen did you and both screens have the same exact dell partnumber the same,. oops the HDMI port hot key is told above. is REPLACING The. the HDD nor SDD bad makes the BIOS dead nor BIOS keyboard keys dead.in fact remove the HDD and SSD and BIOS and it must work every time. using its hot key told in the manual my tell is F2 bios entry point, have lots of dells here I am a DELL lover. and even servers here. the best tests are. use the correct power pack , never ever the wrong one. (AC to DC pack only for this dell, okay) do not mix up the 5 power packs under my desk, I have, no never use the worn pack ever. or it can even blow up the PC. in fact. using the wrong DC pack. next is. step 2 take out the now shorted super bad huge battery, it just unplugs see now it does power on. see, the batteries in laptops love to short out and this state of being causes the power rails DC in the PC to go to overload and now there is no DC power inside the PC at all/ see how shorts do that? just unplug the battery want can be more easy , even if bottom removed from PC to get there. no big deal that. or Read the service manual free from DELL it covers that act for sure. words and photos. or youtube Dell Vostro 7590 dismantled. 2019 new learn the ways to access that silly old battery. seem the battery is 6 years old,???? a tech never ever trusts a battery, transistors last 100 years, batteries 10y max see how life spans matter first?????????? seen personal me vast 5 years battery now bad or worse. I only see the dead, most times. but mine fails at 5y./ just unplug the the jack see here? no ac power pack doing this. then put back AC power. If bios is still dead, F2 key then remove all HDD /or SSD now, and for sure ALL USB> some USB can short and some lame PC'S shut down with any USB shorted, (i have proof) using only built in keyboard F2 works to attain BIOS focus like laser beam get BIOS working first, no windoz/linux etc. just BIOS screens. (UEFI etc) F2 is it. F12 is boot order over ride. some PCs like this the GPU loves to overheat and melts its own SMD solder balls and is now dead. working on any PCs for that matter learn to think what can I remove and still get to BIOS. do so. (reseating DDR, memory is ok but with no power at all done, never hot swap DDR ram. some PC the rear DC jack breaks, making the battery go dead. A voltmeter test find this out easy ssd or M.2 SDD drives removed. some have HDD there.(an option new) this PC had 2 LCD screens sold day1 new, they can NOT BE MIXED UP, ever. did you? this is PARTS CONNON failure if you did not match, Dells p/n on rear of LCD panel removed !!!!!!! Full High Definition (FHD) Ultra High Definition (UHD) 3840 x 2160 (UHD, non-touch) options on GPU where NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 and 1650 or just the I9 GPU inside the CPU, 3 options no ever mixed. 7590bat-rbuddnkhap3sp0c3qoteyyty-d-0.jpg that is my IDEAS on, strip down testing. good luck using parts cannon, most times that will fail hard. you can not mix parts up in most laptops. for sure GPU/LCD and more.

My laptop boots up, then immediately shuts down?

NO PC told maker nor model. NO OS told? windows 10/11 or MAC OS or yes all old lamps tops do that. here are 3 prime causes. fails with AC power pack connected, (my answers) 1: the battery in the LT is bad, it has shorted cell inside and overloads the PCs power regulators, well the easy first test of all is remove the battery and run on the AC power pack alone, so did this cure DEAD PC? 2: the coin cell in all PCs fail at 7 to 10 years or 2 times faster if PC stores for 5 years. and is now dead at 5 year mark. (found deep in bottom of closet never run for 5 years,) and now both batteries are bad, 1 and 2, here. 3: the HDD is bad. if it has a HDD we know it is bad, because they love to do that. we test the HDD removed, and tested on a good desktop PC and run the Free SMART test. if fails it is failed. just 3 of many, A mobo can fail over 50 ways,. lets do #4 the PC overheats as it will if all vents and inside it are packed up in lint as they love to do. or putting any PC on a blaket in bad, dead wrong acts. see lint max ,doomed. must be cleaned fully or doomed. lint-max-undefined-undefined-0.jpg the free smart tests https://sourceforge.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/postdownload Green code good, yellow /RED bad. this post only does 4 top causes I can list 50 more, count the mobo chips there, all can fail. Facts. ok way5: some PC the RAM bank fails, and must be removed and blown out the RAM sockets, and put back. dirt caused.

How do I know If my laptop computer is Infected with virus?

Hello again JoeMicrosoft has a free security and anti-virus package. Download and run it.https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/comprehensive-securityAlso download the free version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Everyone should have this on their computer. It is free, but there is also a paid version and it is one of the few programs I pay for every year. I end up on a lot of risky websites finding information for people here on Fixya, and MBAM won't let me go to them and tells me why. Download the free version and run it.https://www.malwarebytes.com/And finally, everyone should have and run CCleaner once a week. It removes all the temporary files that accumulate when you are online The program is free, but I have the paid version or this one as well.https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download..

Outlook email with attachment, sending problem

Load Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). This ensures:
- No plug-ins get loaded that might touch the item.
- Loading Outlook in offline mode means it won't touch the stuck item.
Delete the stuck item in the Outbox folder.
Put Outlook in online mode (File -> Work Offline: disable).
If you restarted Outlook in its safe mode, exit and restart Outlook for normal operation.

If it's Outlook Express, in OE Tools>Options> Maint tab "store folders" note the location. Go to this location and find the outbox. Delete the .dbx file that goes with it. It will recreate itself on restarting OE.

Circuit diagram of dell charger for latitude e 6500

Why? Chargers are so cheap that it is not worthwhile & even unsafe to repair. Just buy a new one. If you still want to repair, you really do not need a circuit diagram. Just replace swollen (bulging) capacitors and resolder the output cable. Cable is usually broken at the "bending point".
