I hope I can help! This is something that I really cannot explain how to do in a single post. I would recommend that you start reading W3Schools. Basically, there are a number of ways you can create a website. There are many program out there than can do most of the work for you, such as Dreamweaver (a more expensive product). You can also use pre-made layouts such as webs.com. If you really want to learn how to custom-make your own website from the ground up, you will need to go through W3schools, or something like that. You will want to learn html, probably css, and javascript. These are a few of the basic programming languages that make up the backbone of the web. I hope that helps!

You may be connected to your own under another name. Computer will always connect automatically to the one they were logged into previously.Power down the computer. Pull the plug on the router and wait 5 minutes. Plug the router back in and wait until all the lights are on and steady. There a few issues that can cause this, the obvious one is that the battery has failed internally, but it can also be a charging software issue. Try this. Unplug from the mains supply. Remove the battery. Leave the computer for 2 hours. Press and hold the power button for a full 2 minutes. Replace the battery, plug back in, count to 10 and power it back up.
Has the motherboard battery ever been changed? They are critical to the health of the motherboard and the machine in general.
Couldn't get rid of mpowereing technology pop up. Tried every solution offered by the internet. Finally I noticed when I powered up my computer the pop up showed up even before the computer loaded anything. I turned off the power to the monitor and powered it back up an viola, pop up gone. The Acer monitor had generated the pop up.
