They are the ones who developed the new Windows 7 drivers and now they are defective! Call them back (Sharp), and tell them they need to give you a new driver that will fix the A3 issue of your printer.

Currently Sharp does not have any specific drivers for this model that are compatible with vista. But if you go to www.sharpusa.com under customer support, product downloads. You might try using the AR-M160 drivers. They are practically the same machine. For the model choose model not listed and manually type in AR-M160.
