Hi, i was using XP Sp2.....windows use to get crash and OS restarts............esply wen more den 3 to 4 tabs in chrome or applications are loaded..............| switched to windows 7............now the problems are in another form all the xplorers chrome mozilla are not operating ........application crash while launching ..........and in E xlporer website is crashed and it get refreshed............. is it a hardware problem? if yes den wat hard disk corupted RAM? Mother board plz suggest
Sounds like its a harddrive problem. If you can, format and reset your laptop and see if the issue persists. If so I'd recommend taking it to your local pc store.
NOTE: resetting your laptop will delete all your data

Uninstall IE 9 in the add and remove section and restart the computer, now re-install IE 9, this I hope will resolve your issue.
