you posted a Uwave oven to Car fix.do not do that there 3 huge dangers.
2000volts DC is there, hiding in a huge charged up capacitor.
and danger of running it lid off and being exposed to RF microwave RADIATION, doing bad acts.
AC power not disconnected correctly.
most Uwave fail for home tripped CB breaker. and using the wrong AC power jack that can not do 20 amps flow. only 10 or 15.
the 2nd failure is fuse inside Uwave blown ( and is special kind)
3 cause is the 3 front panel switches are bad, called interlocks
to prevent RADIATION to humans. fail safe.

Here's the solution. The spring controls the beater eject button. The spring is mounted on the metal shaft and is oriented so that the straight side of the spring rests along the white plastic part adjacent to the shaft, and the curved side of the spring points outward and downward so that it will rest against the case when the unit is reassembled.
