I wish I could have $1 per question I answered!
ADMIN Andrew
Buy it from the Capital Investment Company that owns it!As a User, there is no charge to POST a question. As someone ANSWERING a question there is no payment at all. You get Points and badges, but they are just for fun. Look at how many answers I have made - 67,665 since 2006.. oh to get a dollar for each one or $5, for 338,275!We think there is an African website that tells people they can earn money here by copying and pasting AI Chat GPT 4 generated answers. The irony is that we remove them, because they are dreadful.www.justanswer.com is the only website that pays Experts and that is because they charge $22 to post. You have to be a proper expert in a particular field, no copy-pasters...
On Fixya, questions sometimes disappear or become hidden after they're answered because of how their moderation and publishing system works. A few possible reasons:
Spam/Policy Filters - If your question or the answer triggered Fixya's filters (for spam, duplicate content, or policy violations), it can get unpublished automatically.
Duplicate Question - If Fixya detects that your question is very similar to one already on the site, it may merge or remove it to avoid repetition.
Answer Quality or Moderation - Sometimes an answer may be flagged or removed, and if that happens, the associated question can also get pulled until it's reviewed.
Technical Glitch - Fixya's platform isn't always stable, and users sometimes report questions disappearing temporarily due to site errors.
If you had an account when you posted, check your profile/question history. Often the question is still listed there even if it's not showing publicly. If it's missing altogether, you can try contacting Fixya's support team.
This is the only Post you have on Fixya Donald, unless you posted it Anonymously. The main active lady on Fixya is Cindy Wells.https://www.fixya.com/users/donaldbar33236It is always better to reply to the person you are addressing by clicking Comment under their Answer to you. That way they get a Notification that you have written something. Writing a follow-up as a new question doesn't work on Fixya because this new post has no context to the old one...
Question edited for clarity, CAPS are important in written English.Question moved from Misc category to Fixya Website.I see an African name, so the first thing you need to be aware of is that there is no payment for answers, and points are just for fun.Second, all Answers must be from your own experience and research and NOTE that all Chat GPT AI Answers get removed. Ideally, all answers should have proof of answer. Look at some of mine, by clicking on my name. And finally to get to your question, you have an account, so you can definitely answer questions when they become available. Currently there are 11 Question on the home page that have been deleted, but are 'Stuck' and return 'Error 404'! NEVER EVER answer questions that are Spam, as that is the reason we have stuck posts. It is the summer, so there are not too many new posts, plus we have 2 Admins and two experienced Moderator / Experts waiting for them to come in. Please don't answer any vehicle related question, we have Larry Ng for that department. Between us, we cover pretty much all of a 24 hour day. You may find some older questions by clicking the Categories down the left side of the Homepage. Please start every old answer, 'Old Question'. They currently go back to 2013Hope that helps...
To correct a post, you'll generally need to find the "edit" option for that specific post on the platform where it was published. This usually involves clicking on a menu or options icon associated with the post (often three dots or similar) and selecting "Edit." Make your changes and then save or update the post.
This website is totally free, there is no way to earn from it. Posting a question is free, and no one is paid to answer them. Many come here thinking they can make money from posting Chat GPT copy and paste answers. We delete all those answers. Nearly all the people on the currently leaderboard are Chat GPT points jockeys and all content has all been removed. If you want to earn big money head over to justanswer.comThanks..
Question edited for clarity.Question moved from Misc category. No you can't!It is free to post Questions, so it figures that no one is paid for providing answers.Head over to www.justanswer.com They pay big money because they charge $25 to ask a question...

You can't because no one gets paid for answers because we don't charge for questions to be posted. You get points but those are just for fun. Also, because of your account name, your answers would be deleted if they mentioned your business. Thanks though and great Answers so far.The Website www.justanswer.com pays $12 - $18 for each answer because they charge the people who ask the questions...
Hello StanYou have answered Question before and you have posted this question so there is nothing wrong with your standings or posting credentials. My guess is that you have posted something that has fallen foul or the Profanity Filter.. I very often make a typo and instead of typing 'add', I replace the 'dd' with 'ss'. That word is profanity as far as Fixya scripts are concerned. Another flagged word is the name for a Smith and Wesson revolver that starts with 'pi' and ends 'stol The site scripts used to have a pink coloured pop up that told what the forbidden word was, but it hasn't been working for a while. Usually you just have to read carefully through what you have written. Hope that helps.
When you answer a question on FixYa it is removed from the Unsolved Queue, meaning that asker is much less likely to receive a second opinion. Therefore, it is important that Experts provide the best solution possible whenever they take on the responsibility of providing assistance.<br> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br>Below are three sample solutions of varying quality, to help demonstrate what FixYa considers to be a great solution. These are just examples, and do not necessarily represent the actual product instructions.<br>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br>Question:I think my computer has a virus. What do I do?<br>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br> Low Quality Solution: run antivirus<br><br>*While this solution could technically be considered an answer, it is very brief and doesn\'t provide anything more than the most basic recommendation. The lack of capitalization also conveys a lack of professionalism and effort.<br> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br>So-So Quality Solution: Go to '...' and download antivirus. Run it, then clean up any bad files. <br><br>*This solution is better, and correctly written. However, the url is not hyperlinked and only directs to antivirus\'s main site, leaving the asker with the work of locating the actual recommended product. It also lacks detail.<br>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br>Good Quality Solution: You may have noticed that your system is getting sluggish or that you\'re experiencing more errors. If so, it\'s possible that you do have some sort of virus or malware on your computer. There are several options, both free and paid, to help you resolve this and protect your system from future attacks. While the paid options have more bells and whistles, the free systems are adequate for most users. One of the top free options is ..., which you can download here- ....
Download the AntiVirus Free Version.
Double click the exe file to run it.
Select "Automatic Installation" (unless you are an experienced user and wish to do a "Manual Installation").
Follow the instructions given to you.
When installation has completed, the program will open and you can start a scan of your system. Follow the instructions given to remove any flagged files.<br>
I hope this information will be helpful. Thank you for using FixYa!<br><br>*This solution is very good. It gives the asker some clues to look for, a summary of their options, a product recommendation hyperlinked directly do the download page, numbered instructions on how to install and use the product, formatting to help draw the asker\'s attention to key information, and a friendly thanks for using FixYa. <br>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br> Whether or not you plan to apply as a Premium Expert, you should still make sure to put your best foot forward when providing assistance. Here is a list of some of the top things Experts should/shouldn\'t do when responding to questions:
DOprovide a complete solution.
DO NOT simply give a diagnosis but omit instructions on how to resolve it.
DO use correct English, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation. Make sure to use spell check before posting.
DO NOT use slang, shortened words, or overly technical language (unless you explain what you mean or you know the asker understands this terminology).
DO link to resources on other sites, when applicable.
DO NOT post a link as the sole content of your solution (unless it is a product, manual, or driver request), link to competing support sites, or post any links that would be considered spam.
DO use formatting (bold, underline, italics, numbers, bullets, and line breaks) to make your solutions easier to read.
DO enhance your solutions by adding images (click the toolbar icon that looks like a two blue and pink circles) and YouTube videos (click the YouTube toolbar icon).
DO NOT respond to any questions with jokes or non-solutions.
DO NOT post Clarification Requests as solutions. Make sure to label them as Clarification Requests.
DO NOT simply refer the asker to a repair person or to the manufacturer of their product.
DO NOT copy/paste solutions from other Experts, sites, or sources.
DO NOT post your email address, phone number, business url, or any other contact information on FixYa (expect for in our Repair Directory or where requested by the site).
DO NOT complain to askers about bad ratings.
DO NOT EVER be rude to an asker. Doing so damages FixYa\'s credibility and your own, and gives a negative impression of our site and community.
DO feel good about yourself. Taking the time to help people is a good thing. Going the extra mile is GREAT. We really appreciate your talents, and thank you for sharing them on FixYa! <br>

We are Fixya dot com and as you managed to post this question, I am thinking Fixya is not the website you are having trouble with?Click Comment under THIS answer, and left me know what the website is that you are having trouble with?..
Unfortunately many Questions on Fixya make no sense. We know it probably makes perfect sense to you, because everything is in front of you.
How to write good questions in Fixya;
FULL 'make model (what it is)', first 3 words.
If it is a vehicle or motorcycle 'year make model - engine size'.
Clear outline of what the problem is.
What you might have tried to fix the problem.
Don't use abbreviations (ever) or slang words.
Proof read, use punctuation, and Caps for Proper Nouns and check what you have written before posting.
You can add Images or video if you think it may help.
There are over 40,000 Categories to choose from. The Default Category is Miscellaneous when the website scripts have no clue because you didn't give any clues. Vehicles are listed by 'maker, year, model.
Written correctly you get the best answers and FAST! I just revisited a question that has been posted and unanswered for 2 days. It didn't make sense no matter how many times I read it. This Tip is based on what I suggested to that Fixya Poster.
..
Question edited for clarity, add CAPS!
Question moved from Miscellaneous to Fixya.
Well first you would need to buy the Capital Investment Company that owns the Fixya brand. Then you will get all the click thru advertising revenue and paid sponsorship.
No one is paid at Fixya, there is no payment for Answers and Points are just for fun.
Posting a question is free for the poster, so there is no money available to pay those who answer. Head over to Just Answer dot com, they pay lots of money because they charge $25 to $30 to ask a question. Don't think you can make an easy cash sum copy and pasting AI Chat GPT 4 Answers though as they Delete them as we do here, over a hundered a week. Over there you need to be a specialist in your own field of expertise. What is your expertise Deborah?
Thanks
..
In order to delete your account, you need to email support to do so. support@fixya.comSorry that you want to delete your account, is there anything we could have done better?
Buy the company! There is no money to be made, points are worthless, nothing for points, no prizes, it is all done for fun and being able to help those who need help.Your AI Chat GPT4 answers are deleted, the ones answering questions from 2010 are deleted, None of your answers are up to the required standard. You are what we call a 'Points Jockey'. Sorry, they are all gone.https://www.fixya.com/users/ayesha-aish..
