In my case was like when i tried to print MS Word or Excel document (Xerox WC 5020 & WC 7120) i had to set "Original document size" in Paper Type option as same as "Output document size" in Printing preferences - it should help.

Without a doubt you have a problem with the fuser.
What that is caused from is buildup over time of ink on the heat roller. The teflon coating wears some and the ink sticks to the aluminum instead of pealing off onto the paper.
You then do not get enough heat or perssure to "fuse" the image into the paper.
Replacine the fuser will correct the problem.

In my case such kind of issue was when i tried to print from MS Word and Excel from WC 5020 and WC 7120 - Solution: in "paper type" option set "Original document Size" as same as paper size you want to print and it will work!!!
