I can not formate my phone so Plz help me in getting the formating code
Have you tried 12345?? or 00000?? thats the standard code for all phone or try the hard formatting
Switch off the phone.
Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer) button, * button, and ‘3′ button
While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone
When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons

I am using Nokia 6300 since last 7-8 months, i would like to help you for that,
Option 1 :
Your settings are restored but you might not know abt it as messages
and phone book stays intact, rest of the settings after you purchased,
which you have customised are restored.
Option 2:
You can update the complete software of your phone this may resolve
your problem of restore factory settings, I remove memory card while
taking back up and updating the software as it takes time to back up
the data and you may loss the data.
Option 3:
You should visit the Nokia care center if you're unaware about both the option.
Option 4:
To format your memory card go to gallary just keep selected your memory card and go to option you will find format memory card.
