how to set sharp pc ax40 laptop bios to boot from usb flash drive?

Sad to say your model "Sharp pc ax40 Series laptop" does not support the "Boot from USB devices" options from the Bios.

It uses the "Floppy Drive 3.5" 1.44 MB floppy - External" ie portable FDD booting options.
