Invalid format when i put the game puppy luv into the console it will show that the disk is ready to read but when you click on the disk picture it always comes up invalid format. It is an never played just opened game. i returned it for another brand new game and it persists with the invalid format. i pushed both red buttons on console and remote to make them sink and it did nothing. how do i fix this problem.
