i have a problem with

i have a problem with my wireless internet access card. its a verizon wireless kyocera kpc650 pc card and when i connect wirelessly it dials the number 777 in my home state, kentucky. now im on vacation in texas and when i dial the same number it doesnt connect. do i need to dial a different number or something else?
