Most likely it is a problem with your network or computer. Did you try to "Cancel" the job under system management.... small icon on the bottom rigth of the display.. Also, have you just added the print Boot Rom and ether net card???? And do you have the right amout of added Ram installed? There are a few different models of the 5000 - old & new version. If it was just added has the copier been flashed with new software for printing funcation?
