I have a CLC 1150 with an error code E008 0000 it keep telling me to switch unit off and then back on. But the error code returns each time. Is there a code to enter that will clear the error code?

Normally only the canon service center will tel you what the error codes means. Suggest you call them .

most of the time if you replace the transport cleaning unit it fixes the fault. on one machine i had a break in the wire lume that caused the problem. also make sure you don't have a piece of paper jammed in the unit.

this is an error for the transfer unit or its cleaning section not in proper place slide out the unit as far as it will go.. look inside to the lower left rear frame. there are 2 halfmoon gears sticking out reach in and turn both of those clockwise till they stop . slide unit back in close doors see if it resets good luck

Check the Delivery Door Switch SW5/ Also check AC Relay near power cord Assmbly=check contacts clean if dirty

THE WASTE TONER LOCK DETECTION
SWITCH (SW4) HAS BEEN PRESSED FOR O.1 SECONDS OR MORE.
Solution: the waste toner is FULL.you have to get rid of that TONER.
