Hey try downloading the latest drivers for your operating system here http://www.engeniustech.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=75:usb-adapters&id=260:high-power-long-range-wireless-g-usb-adapter&Itemid=118 dont connect the device yet , first intall the drivers then connect the device.
