Debug when i go onto some web sites it comes up runtime error debug how can i do this manually

Assuming you are using IE, from your desktop, right click the Internet Explorer icon and choose Properties, then the Advanced tab. Under the section named Browsing, make sure both "Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable script debugging (Other) are checked, then make sure that "Display a notification about every script error" is unchecked. (should be the next item) If IE is already running, go to Tools, Options, click Advanced, to get to the same place.

Its probably a fault in the program? are you useing internet explorer try to update to a newer version.

Manually you could do it with visual c++ but trust me with 10 years of experience theres noting you can debug.
