1- Click on Gmail login page-

2- click on i need help
3- Type your email id on search box ie JACKKRAFTJM@GMAIL.COM
4- You can see the captch form,,fill it
5- click on i do not know my password
6- you will get recovery option which u have filled duration of email id creation (means when u created this id JACKKRAFTJM@GMAIL.COM, sure u will give the alternative email id or phone number.
7- fill the alternative email id or phone number.
8- You will get the confirmation code on your assoicated email id or phone number
9-Verify that number
