Ocr software i dont have the scanning software that came with the printer how can i 1. get it 2 get another one 3 do you have n e recomeendations on which one i ca use.

If you have lost the cd you can order another one from brother support (expensive!)

Have a look at eBay. Buy a defective mfc. Make sure that the cd is part of the offer.

If you want to use ocr only go buy omnipage software (scansoft). paperport includes a light version of the omnipage engine
