    error code P9 and P21 appears on screen and when printing or photocopying using color black, blank copies are outputed.

Trans belt retraction failure. Its a common error that can be reset by opening and closing the front door with the machine on.
Look in the trouble history and if has happened often, better order a new belt.

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C280 and am receiving a C-2152 error code at startup. I have been told that I can go into service mode and change the dip switch settings to override this. Any help?
One of the most common causes of the C-2152 code is the Transfer belt retraction sensor (PS39).
The sensor can get dusty, or it can fail, or it can simply just move out of position. So please check the following:
  1. Start by cleaning the sensor.
  2. If still no good, check that its location is correct. You need to check that the sensor is located in the mounting bracket correctly, and also check that the bracket is located on the rear frame of the machine correctly.
  3. If still no good, replace the sensor PS39.

Bizhub C250 error code C-2152
Check your transfer belt and roller (sponge looking roller on the right side door the transfer is across from it in the machine take it out re-seat both of the them., if not will need a tech open close front door reset the code

C 2152 : Transfer belt separation.Check the main motor connector for proper connection,check the image transfer pressure/retraction position sensor and clutch.For reset the error turn OFF the copier press and hold pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier,wait to Trouble reset message appaire on the display and release the utility key and touch the trouble reset ,turn OFF the copier ,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.

it seems that it the you transfer belt. to be sure, take the old one into the copier, swith off th copier, with 10 seconds or more, then swith on. the error code will disappear :-)
