It is hard to recommend a printer driver unless you tell what OS you are runnning. Different Operating systems require different drivers.All I can do is to provide you with a page where you can find your operating system and download the driver and install it.

Install lexmark printer without disc
You can obtain drivers from Lexmark's download site. Following this link and then enter X1270 into the search. Click the download tab and then choose the driver for your operating system.

I dont have the installation disk for my lexmark X1270 i have a mac btw
Lexmark X1270 is not MAC compatible. Drivers for Mac had neever been published from Lexmark.
At the moment there is no way to have this printer working on Mac.

How to install my lexmark x1270 without a cd
The only way to setup the printer without the proper drivers would be to use windows add new printer. However windows does not have lexmark x1270 listed. You can dlownload the software from lexmark & install the software / drivers without using the cd.
