This kind of issues comes when you installs so many applicatios in your handset,,,
1) Try Removing the Battery and then turn your Phone ON, if this doesn't works then Try Hard resetting your Device by doing (Green Dial Button, no.3 Button, and the * Button) until the 'NOKIA' Logo comes on the Screen and becomes still for 2-3 min.or
2) type the no. *#7370# and than it will ask for the lock code put that and try
