I can not read the numbers and letters and everytime I put the serial number in during installation it tells me the number is not correct. This is what I think I have: 19005580 IC548 MYFXY2. I don't know what the letter or number is after 548 and I am not sure if the Y is the correct letter after the M

The OP writes "I can not read the numbers and letters". She or He has them written down. My take on it was the model / volts / serial label on the unit. I had already answered this with the solution. This is a business enterprise level, printer copier.

You will only find that information on the original box it came in, or on the original sales invoice. Other than that, a Sharp engineer might be able to hook up a laptop to it and read it from the EPROM (its programmed memory, the one you are fighting) inside the printer.
