you need to open your laptop, you will find it on the motherboard, near the battery you will find the CMOS reset jumper or switch.

Just been to Fujitsu site and located your model in driver downloads. It appears that yours is an Alps Touchpad. When the list of drivers appears you need to use the scroll bar within the window in order to see the touchpad driver download.

Youcan find CMOS cell on motherbord chipset .
For that you have to open back side of laptop then you find square motherbord chipset .There is CMOS cell on that chipset.

The BIOS being locked by a password will not stop the laptop starting up, it will just stop acess to the BIOS to change any settings so there is more here than we know.

Can you acess the boot sequence on start up and is the HDD listed?
