Fugitive Mode:
Kill all ten Timmy Vermicellis in Nice. Go to the Miami armory to activate the "Fugitive Mode" option. All pedestrians have weapons in this mode.
Infinite Mass:
Kill all ten Timmy Vermicellis in Istanbul. Go to the Istanbul armory to activate the "Infinite Mass" option. Tanner's car or motorcycle can hit any other vehicle without stopping or being damaged in this mode.
Istanbul: Old Racing Car
Go to the docks by the river (white area on the map near a bridge) and hidden in a red container near the middle if the area is an old, but fast, racing car.


Full health in any city:
Climb a tree and if you get to the top you get full health. To climb press the L1 Button and push the left analog stick up.


Exploding rooms: Istanbul:
Go to Tanners hotel in Istanbul. Take a motorcycle inside.
Park it behind the counter and blow it up. You can also blow up objects in the bedroom and bathroom.


Miami: Pong arcade game:
Go to the shopping mall in Miami to find a Pong arcade game.


Nice: Stuntman arcade game:
Go to the shopping mall in Nice to find a Stuntman arcade machine.


Horn:
Press R1 or L3 for the horn.


Burnout:

If you want to brake and stop on your forweel; drive , brake and push and hold your analog stick forward.


Miami: GT-40:
Begin at Tanner's house and look at the map. Go onto the first big bridge seen on the map. In the middle of that bridge, follow the first street to the right. Enter the garage at the end of that street to find a car that resembles a Ford GT-40.
Miami: Go-Kart:
Drive to Coral Gables and find the Biltmore Hotel, located opposite the water tower. Look in behind the bushes in the backyard to find a bunker entrance. Drive through it then climb up the stairs. Kill Timmy Vercelli then activate the switch to open the gate below. Drive into the next area and through the long tunnel. Once you exit, drive directly ahead to the Go-Kart track. You can find a Go-Kart in the pit area. REMEMBER: If it is not here, leave, then return later.
Glitch-Miami:
If you go to miami and make it dusk or dawn and put the overcast on and have no caps on and yokku go to the armory and tur on the cheat that makes 18 Wheeler Havoc com on you will have all kinds of carscoming after youso it will take you by suprisewhen their is a cab after you or som other car after you


Nice: Forklift truck:
In Take A Ride mode, choose Nice. Go to the most south-eastern road and bear west along the drive next to the large house. Turn left into an opening which takes you into a garden. Turn right and go into the garage which contains the forklift truck. Press Circle to operate the forklift. This is useful when stuck in traffic.
Nice: Hippie Van:
In Take A Ride mode, choose Nice and drive to the top of "Cagnes Sur Mer" in the west. When you have driven up the last hill you will see a garage on your left side. Walk towards it and it will open. You will find a "hippie" van inside.
Nice: Hot Rod:
Enter the airport and follow the runway to the left. Locate a building with three red doors. Open the door to the left to find a Hot Rod.
