Contact Paloma/Rheem 866-720-2076. Super nice! I just called regarding mine. Having same problem Rheem Paloma sending parts out tomorrow overnite. Try turn it on/ off by moving tiny switch under the unit that tells you the temperature. Run your fingers along the bottom to find it. That is a temporary fix. SOURCE: I AM GETTING AN ERROR CODE OF C7 76 ON THE REMOTE
means that your remote panel is no good. remove cover and disconect the 2 wires. put cover back on and plug in. if that gives you hot water call the company and tell them you have a code76. they will send you a new panel for free over night
