If you never actually changed it, it's the last 4 of the phone number for verizon or 0000 for others. If you've changed it, it's as simple as taking it to a local store. They'll reset it for you.

I would call the manufactor and ask if they know of a way. I was under the impression that anyone who uses hotel safe will be only one who can unlock the safe using a code. if the code is forgotten I would think a lock smith could "crack" the safe to get in it, I do not know the cost of that. I would call and ask if you can enter in a default password to open the safe
