Try this:

  1. Restart both your Fire Stick and your router. This clears temporary network glitches.
  2. Make sure the Fire Stick is connected to the correct WiFi network and has a strong signal (TV placement can weaken it compared to PC use).
  3. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Prime Video (or the app you're using) and clear cache and data.
  4. If it still doesn't work, uninstall the app, unplug the Fire Stick for about 60 seconds, then reinstall the app.
  5. Check that your internet connection is stable and fast enough for streaming.
In most cases, this error is caused by weak or unstable WiFi or corrupted app data, especially after switching devices or locations.
