There are NO rocker switches on either side of the phone how do I control volume on this phone
Menu> setting> sounds> volume. Or something similar. Yours is in the settings menu

Haha just joking. Not sure, sounds like you should take it to get it looked at, something must be out of place in, like scooted too far up so when you press up it reads as down and down it reads as nothing. So just get it looked at is my suggestion, they can always fix it. Sorry, hope this helped.

Take battery out and sim card leave for a bit and put them back in should stop the problem
check its not on your speed dial as well
