What can I do? My email contacts keep receiving spams and irrelevant emails from my gmail address in spite, at the suggestion of Google, the fact that I changed my Google.com email identification access code a month or so ago. What can I do? It's very embarassing!?
Add the unwanted emails to your spam filter, as that will block all emails from that specific address.

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."
