Please try the below solutions
Solution 1:
The wiring between the DC controller and the high-voltage power supply was broken. Replace the high voltage connect cable.
Solution 2:
Check for a pinched wire in the harness from Connector J404 of the High Voltage Power Supply PCB to the rear frame connector of the ImageRunner, J4001. It may be necessary to replace the High Voltage Power Supply.
