This can be caused by many reasons,Please post computer an installed software details,This is usually caused by an antivirus program or a virus but can be caused by any downloaded or packaged software
Im very sure its Registry Mechanic, i have that problem too!
And then, the solution is reinstalling Registry Mechanic.
