How can I change the font colour back from yellow to a darker colour?

Go to the control panel and pick personalisation, then scroll down the screen and change the settings from high contrast which is what your current screen is set to.

sounds like you are in night mode.

N79:d screen constantly changes colour n vibrates

The colour changing and dare i say it...vibration is the connection between the phone and the back. as you may know the n79 has chip in the back cover to tell the phone which colour to make the screen to match. Mine did this for months and months and then I changed the back and everything has been fine since then! Well apart from the fact that it crashes twice a day when i turn the keypad lock off and somehow i've smashed the lcd screen, but other than that all good!

Colour of screen

Not that I know of, the only change you can make is the contrast by using the up and down arrow keys while the handset is cradled.

Screen will not display everything else works just can't see text messages or see who is calling

hello there !jbirdcreek62, this might sound really daft..but have you tried changing the theme on your sony w810i ? Sometimes the theme i installed , changed the text colour to a colour that was the same as the screen colour and i couldnt see the text on screen...

Dell E196FP TCo99 Monitor screen problems

The screen colour changing is apparently an auto test procedure on the monitor and was prompted by a fault with the monitor not automatically shutting down when the computer is shut down. The settings on the monitor have been adjusted to rectify this and the problem is now gone.
