Dear , Please send the new version of the printer driver for the Bluetooth Pentax PocketJet 3 plus ( Serial # 051101134). Please note that I tried to download the same driver from the internet and after I installed the driver the printer was identified but when I sent the command for printing the printer accepted the commanded but with no printing action. I tested the Pc but there is no problem on the Pc and I think the problem from the printer driver. Please if you can send the new version driver with the help Documents to install the printer on my Pc( XP windows). Note : I have Demo on next Sunday for big project with United Arab Emiratis government and your help and support is highly appreciated.
