connection problems

my computer is on vista and ive got a belkin usb receiver and if i plug it in i will get a connection for about 20 seconds then it goes and i carnt get the connection back unless i plug it in and out again but stilll then i loses connection after 20 seconds again

Hi!
If you are using PC desktop computers and have a multiple USB connection, try connecting the usb at the back of the CPU cause front and rear connection has a different power speed. then restart. but if you are using a laptop install the belkin usb receiver driver first. Season Greetings to you!
