Is it a old magic or new magicjack plus.
I have both a old one and a plus. My plus stopped working today and just a hour ago my old one stopped working both are paid up. So Im figuring it's magicjack servers because I can't get to their live tech either.

No, I've had it now for about three years. My hard drive crashed, installed an old one that still had MS XP on it, had been working fine for about a week, then it suddenly stopped. My subscription doesn't expire until Oct., but singed up for anothe year any way. I've gotten used to not having to pay phone bills and cheep calls over sea's. Thank you for responding to my post.
Thanks for the help, it was determined by majic jack support that my majic jack is defective. They are sending me out a new one.
