I have a Dell Notebook computer with Windows XP Home Edition. When I wanted to watch a DVD it said that the computer was Region 2 with 0 changes left. How can I change my computer back to Region 4 (Australia) without damaging the hard drive or risking my warranty.
Richard
When I choose the Hardware tab it does not show any DVD regions to select from. It shows:
All Disk Drives:
( 5 drives in total); and
Device Properties:
Manufacturer: ( Standard Disk Drives)
Location: 0
Device Status: Working properly
RichardSteve, Problem still not solved.
