The CMOS battery in the T30 is located underneath the main battery. I did the following: - I removed the main battery - Unscrewed the CMOS "container" However I can't figure out how to disconnect the CMOS wire from the motherboard (I can't reach it). I removed the keyboard to see if I could reach it from the front side but with no luck.
look closer. there should be a 2 pin connector near where the battery is placed.it is connected to the motherboard.
