I have no idea wether you can program the formulas for logic gates, but I can tell you that there are two Electrical Engineering applications EE200 and EE'Pro at education.ti.com . From the summaru descriptions I understand that they can hanfle circuit analysis, however I cannot say naything about gates. Maybe you should invest in learning how to program the calculator. That challenge, I leave to you.
