REMOVAL - 2.7L
- Open Hood.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Raise vehicle and support.
- Remove the accessory drive belt splash shield.
- Loosen the accessory drive belt.
- Remove the lower mounting bolt.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the B+ terminal and field connection.
- Disconnect the electrical connector to the A/C pressure switch and A/C clutch.
- Remove the engine oil dip stick.
- Remove the 2 upper mounting bolts.
- Remove the generator.
